All payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via:StripeHelcimWiseVenmoCashAppBy submitting a payment, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.5. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that schedules can change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any session cancellations. Refunds or rescheduling are handled at our discretion.Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service.6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through David Tutoring, including lessons, materials, and website content, is the intellectual property of David Tutoring and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without explicit permission.7. Code of Conduct
You agree to:Use our services only for lawful and respectful purposes.Not share, record, or distribute session content without permission.Maintain academic integrity (i.e., no using tutors to cheat or submit work on your behalf).Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from our services.8. David Tutoring is not liable for:Loss of dataPerformance issues with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment processors)Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our servicesOur total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.9. We use third-party platforms such as:Stripe, Helcim, Wise, Venmo, CashApp for payment processingGoogle Analytics, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads for analytics and marketingThese services may collect data as governed by their respective terms and policies. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for sessions that have already been delivered. Payment is always after the session so you don't have to worry about canceling on us and wondering about a refund.However, if more than 2 cancellations occur within a short period of time, we reserve the right to ban such customers. Time is our biggest asset so we try to protect it.
